AMPELOK Fasteners – Fixing fibreglass sheeting to steel purlins

No pre-drilling of fibreglass sheeting required!

• Ensures correct hole size for thermal expansion and fastener is centred correctly.
• Fastener carries a Class 5 coating.
• For use with steel purlins up to 3.5mm thick.
• Can be supplied pre-painted to suit the roof colour.
• Ampelok fasteners come pre assembled and packed in 10 litre plastic buckets in the follow  quantities:
• 14g x 75mm with the LR Washer – 300
• 14g x 90mm with the LR Washer – 300
• 14g x 75mm with the HR Washer – 250
• 14g x 90mm with the HR Washer – 250
• Side Lap Stitching fasteners;
• 12g x 40mm LR Washer – 400
• 12g x 40mm HR Washer – 400
• Ampelok fasteners are supplied with universal Metal Profiled Washers and EPDM Seals to fit most of the common roofing profiles in NZ.
• The LR Washer fits the following profiles: Corrugated, 5 Rib, Trimdek, Veedek, Sixrib, Trimline, Plumbdek, MC700, MC750, MC770, Ribline, LT7, ST7, Silbery, DP955, Supersix.
• The HR Washer fits the following profiles: Steelspan,Topspan, Multispan, MC930, Maxispan, BB900, ST900, ST963, Multirib, Topspan, V Rib.
