How To Enter:

Simply spend *$1000 or more on any Ampelite (NZ) Ltd’s products (marketed and sold under several brands in NZ) during the promotion period to be eligible for the prize draw.

The product must be purchased through a member of the NZ Metal Roofing Manufacturers Inc (MRM).  The MRM member will then, in conjunction with you, complete the entry form and send the completed form and a copy of the MRM member’s related purchase order to the Promoter, Ampelite (NZ) Limited.

MRM members purchasing the product for their own installation business are able to enter the promotion.

Unless the purchaser is an individual, the entrant will be the business entity purchasing the product.

There can be multiple entries during the promotion period, but only one entry per product purchase is permitted. An entry will become invalid if the purchase is not completed or if the product is returned before the draw date.

The promotion commences on 1 September 2019 and closes at midnight on 30 November 2019 (“promotion period”). Any late entries will be invalid.

Entrants must retain their receipts or invoices as proof of purchase to verify entry and to claim the prize.

The prize will be drawn on 5 February 2020.

Prize:

The first valid entry drawn will win a Harley-Davidson XL1200XS Forty Eight Special motorcycle valued at $20,000.00 (RRP) plus a voucher for genuine Harley-Davidson motorcycle accessories to the value of $2000.00 redeemable at Auckland Harley-Davidson, 521 Mt Wellington Highway, Auckland.

Terms and Conditions of Entry:

  2. Entry is open to NZ based businesses and NZ residents only. If an individual, the entrant must be at least 18 years old. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the draw.
  3. Entries must be received by the Promoter by midnight on 30 November 2019. Entries may be lodged by email, fax, post or by hand delivery to a representative of the Promoter. Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Entries with incomplete or incorrect details or which are illegible will be deemed invalid. The Promoter will not be responsible for any late or lost entries including where due to any act or omission by an MRM member.
  4. The stated value of the motorcycle prize is its value at the start of the promotion. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any later change in value.
  5. The motorcycle prize will be available for collection from Auckland Harley-Davidson. The winner must provide all information and sign all documents necessary to enable the Promoter to register the motorcycle prize in the name of the winner prior to collection. The Promoter will pay for registration and on-road licensing costs. All optional extras and accessories relating to the motorcycle prize (including, but not limited to, fuel and insurance) and any personal or incidental costs related to collecting and using the prize do not form part of the prize. Any delivery of the motorcycle elsewhere must be arranged by the winner at the winner’s cost.
  6. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any defects in the prize (whether relating to mechanical, body, paint or anything else) from the time of prize collection by the winner. Any and all warranties relating to the prize (including all items obtained using the voucher) will be provided by Auckland Harley-Davidson. The Promoter excludes any liability in relation to these warranties.
  7. If for any reason the motorcycle prize is unavailable the Promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Harley-Davidson XL1200XS Forty Eight Special motorcycle with another prize of equal value.
  8. The winner will be immediately notified by phone and/or email, as per details provided in the entry form.
  9. If the winner is unable to be contacted by phone or email within one week of the draw, the winner will forfeit the prize and a new draw will take place on 12 February 2020.
  10. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents will not be liable (including in negligence) for any claim, damage, loss, injury, liability, costs or expense suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prize.
  11. The prize winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph for promotional/advertising purposes, without remuneration.
  12. All entries remain the property of the Promoter. All personal information provided to participate in this promotion will be collected and held by the Promoter to conduct the promotion and the
  13. Promoter may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Under the Privacy Act, entrants may access and correct their personal details by contacting the Promoter.
  14. The prize, including any unused portion of the voucher, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time before the end of the promotion period at its sole discretion without providing any reason whatsoever or being liable to any entrant or other person.
  16. The promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
